How are the three tasks differentiated and when and what to use each of them for?
- General: should be used for all tasks other than a nomination or a delivery confirmation. These tasks may include booking requests, document requests, etc.
- Nomination: should be used solely to request/nominate a shipment. Will be used once during a specific operation.
- Delivery: should be used by a buyer or seller to notify their counterpart that the delivery has been made and shipment is on its way. Will be used once during a specific operation.
